That's how all of our personal training programmes begin, with a friendly and informal one-to-one with your personal trainer. We want to know how you feel. We want to hear about your hopes and your ambitions. We want to know all about you, because Body Solutions' personal training programmes are 'all about you.'

Many gymnasiums and personal training studios are utterly body-focused. It's all about abs and pecs, biceps and triceps. And whilst we will work with you to achieve that washboard stomach or perfectly-sculpted thigh, we want to give you a better body and a better life. Our personal trainers will create a bespoke training programme for you which will not only ensure you accomplish your physical fitness goals but will also increase your health and general wellbeing, giving you more energy, enthusiasm and drive, enhanced qualities that will stay with you long after your workout.

Your personal trainer has a duty of care to you, and it's a duty they take very seriously. As well as working with people with relatively simple fitness goals, they also regularly work with people at the extremes of physical fitness – from those recovering from serious illness to those sporting high-achievers with their eyes firmly fixed on the next marathon, triathlon or tennis tournament.

Your personal trainer, whilst being a thorough professional, is far from a simple, detached instructor. They empathise. When you're having fun, they're having fun. When you experience that surge of pride as you realise one of your personal fitness goals, they're as elated as you are. When you're winning, they're winning.

"The best testament I can give to body solutions is that I take a 2 hour round trip to train for 1 hour, 3 times a week, and this from a man who has always disliked training!
