Helen specialises in weight loss, weight training & body conditioning. She has recently been involved with the NHS Lifestyle and Weight Management Team, working with children from ages 7 - 13 and adults.
With a Diploma in Non-Medical Nutritional Advice, Helen is passionate about healthy weight management through permanent, positive, healthy lifestyle changes.
In her spare time Helen enjoys cross training including running, weight training and swimming. She also enjoys walking her dog Lily, cooking and socialising!!!
