Chris’s areas of expertise are weight training, body toning and core stability. He has experience in training young people and spent summer 2010 in Minnesota, USA teaching Kickboxing and Fitness to children. He is currently a student at the University of Chester studying for a degree in Fitness & Health.
Chris has participated in Kickboxing since the age of 15, training with some of the world’s top fighters and in his spare time enjoys training, spending time with his family - especially his nephews, reading and studying. He says there is nothing better than a long run after a long day as a stress beater!!
