Think of this as an antidote to the stresses and strains of everyday life. Incorporating a wealth of techniques from a broad array of physical fitness and wellbeing systems and methodologies, including elements of pilates and yoga, our core stability training focus, as you might expect, on building the core muscles of the body. Our approach is both comprehensive and meticulous, tackling overall posture, the lower back, the pelvic floor, the abdomen and much more to redress your muscular balance and leave you feeling human again.

Pre- and Post-Natal Training

Most mothers-to-be are understandably cautious when it comes to 'straining' themselves and, quite naturally, tend to shy away from physical training during their pregnancy. With our safe and secure pre-natal training packages, you are in very good (and very gentle) hands. In fact, you will come to view your training as an integral part of your pregnancy. As well as keeping you neatly toned, your training will result in a noticeable increase in your energy levels. An emphasis on pre-natal fitness can also result in an easier labour. Our post-natal training, as well as helping you lose that baby weight and get back into shape, focuses on quality-of-life recovery issues, including pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation and back strength.

Kids

We believe passionately that positive attitudes towards nutrition, physical fitness and general good health begin in childhood. If you're concerned about the effects a 21st Century sedentary lifestyle might be having on your children, we'll work with you and your family to create a fun and exciting approach to exercise and healthy eating. We listen to you and your children, to ascertain their interests and try to match them up with a sport or physical activity which they and the whole family will enjoy and benefit from. Our aim is to make exercise something you and your children will look forward to and love. If you already have sporty children, we will work with you and your family to help them develop and improve their performance safely and sensibly, creating a personal training programme tailored to their age, build and their sport of choice.

Over 60s

Without doubt, 60 is the new 40, and the sofa-bound 60-year old is very much a thing of the past. Most over 60s want to keep as active as possible, maintaining a vigorous lifestyle and taking a full and energetic role in the upbringing of their grandchildren. Our over 60s personal training programmes are designed to help you do just that, and a lot more besides. As well as increasing your energy levels and keeping you fit and trim, our personal trainers will also work with you to develop a personal health and fitness regime critical to staving off illnesses, such as heart disease, osteoporosis or even cancer.

Diet and Nutrition

Dietary and nutritional advice forms an integral part of all our personal training programmes. As with everything we do, our advice is tailored to your unique requirements. We can provide you with everything from a simple what-not-to-eat list to comprehensive dietary analysis and a detailed food planner, guiding you step-by-step through what you can't eat, what you can eat and when and how often you can eat it.
