About Us

First established by Greg and Charlotte Pye in 2003, most of our training is gym-based. However, being in the prime location of West Kirby, Wirral, we fully utilise the beautiful area surrounding us, such as the lake, beach, Wirral Way and several parks.Gregg and Charlotte Pye

Our team has a wealth of knowledge and experience so we have a strong foundation for the many different requirements of our clients. Body Solutions thrives because our trainers know they are only as good as their last session, which means if you’re not happy, we’re not happy!

We open at 7am and close at 9.30pm on weekdays and 8am to 4pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Every training session lasts one hour. You can be assured that all our services are completely confidential and your wellbeing is our priority.

Impact on the Community

communityBody Solutions has had a positive impact on the local community and aims to continue to do so. We currently sponsor Caldy Rugby Club by advertising on a pitch-side board and often donate to local hospices, offer prizes for fundraisers and get involved in events. Last year we organised and trained a team for the Royal Marines Commando Challenge in Lympstone, which we did for the Cleft Lip & Palate Association. We also sponsor the Hoylake 10k for the Wednesday Special Needs Club.

We try to be as approachable as possible and often have members of the public call in to ask for advice on health and fitness issues.
